Leaving the presents under the Christmas Tree 2

christmas, holly, bauble, frames, family, celebrate, girl, boy santa

Do I hear Santa, tiptoeing near, Climbing the stairs with holiday cheer. Did he stumble over my toy bear? His laughter echoing through the frosty air. I felt his whiskers, soft and white, As he leaned down to kiss me goodnight. And there, by the twinkling tree so grand, Old Santa left gifts in the moonlit land. The stockings hung with care, aglow, Held secrets wrapped in ribbons’ flow. A doll with eyes that sparkled bright, A toy train chugging through the night. And as the clock struck midnight’s chime, Santa vanished, leaving dreams behind. In the hush of snowflakes gently falling, Magic danced—our hearts enthralling.
