I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added glitter and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.

I printed out the sheets onto matt card.
For this card i used the background and the extra topper, so i have another image plus a layer to make another card with.
I mounted the background onto the 6x6 card base with DST, i matted the border onto gold then red mirror card and used DST to mount it to the base, i matted the image the same and added a greeting then mounted it to the base with foam tape, i embellished with a pompom and stickles glitter glue for sparkle and glossy accents for dimension. I fabric and pearl holly spring to finish.
