I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. I chose two of the sentiment tags, joined them together with jump rings, then added a snowflake charm to the bottom.
Added this to my card with a bow.
Some glitter adds the finishing touch. A gorgeous, very cute design.
