I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to pink pearl paper, then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added pink bows and gems and a greeting. A very sweet design...... perfect for any age.

I resized and printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to snowflake patterned acetate, then to scalloped edge square white card, and added decoupage with foam pads.
