Penguin fishingCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with blue pearls to corners and clear glaze to eyes and nose.
A cute festive design.
