Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads.
Finished with a little glitter.
A fabulous card with a really cool penguin. Love it.
I printed the design on to a 200 gsm Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a waved border around the main design. I glued it on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.
