I printed onto glossy photo card. I punched the bottom edge of a white card blank then added a coordinating card to the inside using DST I added the topper using DST.

I added gold glitter ribbon across the top panel then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with a gold glitter & toffee satin satin bow.
