I printed the card sheets onto lightweight card and cut out the elements, before mounting the base image on silver non-shed glitter card leaving a narrow border.
I used DST to attach this to my card blank then added the decoupage layers and my chosen greeting (also mounted on glitter card) using glue gel.
I used a sparkle pen to highlight the snowflakes and applied a little iridescent glitter glue to the snow. Finally I printed the insert onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.
