I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. I attached the base image to gold non-shed glitter card leaving a narrow border and attached it to my scallop-edged card blank using DST.

I used glue gel to add the decoupage layers, before I highlighted the hat trim, using iridescent glitter glue. Finally I added the insert with one of the greetings.
