I printed the card sheets onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base images to my scallop-edged card blanks.

I used DST and glue gel, as appropriate, to add all the elements and finished by printing the inserts onto laid paper, trimming them and fixing in place using a tape roller.

This picture shows just 2 of the 4 different toppers included in the kit - very versatile and terrific value!
