I printed onto Matt Photo Paper and hand cut the elements.
I attached to a 8x8 Card Blank.
I used 3D foam pads to attach the main topper.
Extra layers and embellishments will be added once the recipient is chosen.
I opened the background page in Paint and cropped it to make the image larger to cover the whole background.
