I PRINTED THIS MINI KIT ON TO WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT IT OUT AND DID DECOUPAGE WITH STICKY PADS. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT IT AND SCRAPBOOK PAPER FOR BACKGROUND. I GLUED THAT TO THE BLANK CARD THEN THE DECOUPAGE TO THAT.
I LINED EVERYTHING WITH BLUE METALLIC PAPER. I USED ALL KINDS OF GLITTER. I USED LAQUER FOR THE EYES AND FISH.

These cats look as if they are having a great time - printed and cut out and layered - attached to 8x8 scalloped card - easy to make and cut out and looks great when finished.
