Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements I placed the design base onto the front of a scalloped card then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added silver stars, snowflakes, glitter and a sentiment. I used the small topper to make a tag or a hanging decoration. Simply adorable......
