Cats Up the Christmas Tree 7.5 Decoupage Mini KitCompleted by Sue Soules

I printed the 2 sheets onto matte photo paper. Cut out a stepper card using card I had that matches the design. Attached the main picture onto the stepper after cutting of the border. Added the border to the side of the card.

Decoupaged the cats on the main picture and added presents to the bottom of the stepper card. Cut out a couple of tags, die cut the Merry Christmas sentiment and added to the tags. Added the tags and ribbon to the side panel of the stepper.
