Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. cut topper, insert, decoupage and cartouche. On an 8 x 8 scalloped card I put a jewelled deep blue snowflake backing card with DST and placed the topper on.
Put insert inside with DST, added a silver outer border and small pink gemstones to the inner square. Then placed decoupage with foam pads, added gemstones around the circle and a couple on his hat and scarf. Added googly eyes. (Just had to) and then to finish off added some glitter glue to the edge of the snowballs.
