A great fun design
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

I love this it is perfect for my Pug loving friends. It fits onto an 8x8 card and comes with a matching insert. I used double sided tape to attach the main photo and the insert. I added the decoupage using 3d foam pads.
I added a few red gems to the holly berries.
