I PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO BLANK WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT THIS AND THEN GLUED A BACKGROUND ONTO THAT. THEN I LINED EVERY THING WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER.
