I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I Scored and Folded the smaller card.

A Quick and easy Gorgeous design that turned into a Beautiful calender that I know several in our family would want!!!
