The base card and support were cut from heavy white card stock. Following the instructions provided, the heavy line (just to the right of center) was cut and the card was folded where indicated to for the step.

The support was attached using dimensional foam tape.

The calendar pieces, year oval, train oval and "Beware of Trains" was printed on matte photo paper. I experimented and placed the calendar on the left and the train oval on the right. The envelope pieces were printed and cut on text weight white paper.
