I printed the sheets onto smooth 210gsm card, scored where directed, and cut out the elements.

After folding on the scored lines, I used a combination of strong DST and wet glue to stick the tops of the 2 sides together, then used DST to attach the insert panel at the bottom.

I then added the decoupage layers and the year plaque using glue gel.
