I printed the sheets onto 210g smooth white card, then scored where instructed before cutting out the elements.

I stuck the tops of the front and back pieces together using a combination of strong DST and wet glue, then used the DST again to attach the folded back bases to the base insert.

Finally I used glue gel to add the decoupage layers and the year plaque. Very decorative yet easy to do.
