I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card covered in blue card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment and card candi. A very cute design for young children.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert. I added some white pom poms for the steam.
