Sneaker Shoe Shape Card BirthdayCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed the shoe sheets onto glossy photo card & the insert onto 120gsm decoupage paper. I attached the insert panels using wet glue. Once dry I scored & folded the back section & attached to the front using strong DST. I added the greeting panels using 2mm foam pads.

I punched a hole in the tag & one of the shoe lace holes then attached using red cord.
