Named Tags Mini KitCompleted by Caroles Cards

I sized the main sheet to 6 x 6 and then added my 'number' before printing out and mounting onto white card.

I then decoupage the trucks and hammer and added my personalisation. Glitter glue in the right places for sparkle, and this was just perfect for my need :-)
