I printed the card sheet onto glossy photo card, the insert & envelope onto 120gsm decoupage paper. I mounted the card base onto a blue card blank using DST then trimmed around the design. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the insert using DST.
I added black gems & a greeting banner from 546787_1298. I scored & folded the envelope sections then secured with DST.
