Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used silicone for the decoupage.

I printed on 200gsm matt photo card,cut out,scored and folded where shown.I used flat glue for all parts except the bow,which I added with foam pads.
I finished with two navy buttons with gold anchors.
A really cute design,the little gift tag is gorgeous and the finished shaped card looks adorable!
