A whale of a time twoCompleted by RandMCards

I live on Vancouver Island on the westcoast of Canada, so when i saw this card I HAD TO MAKE IT. I copied all the elements on quality matte finish photo cardstock, cut out all the elements and edged them with a soft gray Tombow to finish the edges and get rid of the white outlines. I adhered the card base to an ivory colored card using Sookwang double sided tape. I used 3d foam tape to adhere the star fish x2 and used a thicker 3d foam tape to adhere the whale so that he becomes the focal point. I used my Nuvo Aqua Shimmer pen to make it look like the top aspect of the whale is glistening from the light.. I adhered the Happy Birthday sentiment and then I adhered the insert using Sookwang double sided tape, and the card is ready to give. HERE it will be VERY welcomed by my westcoasters.
