Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Following Carol's instructions I assembled them using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I added some gold thread to the tags and tied them to the crackers with matching ribbon to finish.
These can be filled with sweets or a small gift.
