Wrapped In Cotton Wool Mini KitCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Girl
Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the card front and insert to a white card. Foam pads were used to attach the Topper, and the Decoupage. I stuck a sentiment to diagonal the corners. I then scored and folded the gift tag. A wonderful design.
