Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a White Scalloped edge Card. I used Foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I put Crystal Glitter on parts of the flowers. To finish I Stuck silver stick on strips around the Topper.
This is a lovely versatile Kit.
