A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

I printed these lovely designs onto good quality photo then mounted onto cream card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage, gift card and matching envelope. Placed topper onto a 7 x 7 blank card with 3 in 1 glue. Added decoupage with foam pads for 3D effect. Also added insert and then made matching envelope and gift card.
