Vintage Summer Dress in Porcelain Blue
This lovely mini kit makes a large square topper (approx 8x8) with decoupage and a greeting. It features a lady in a fabulous flared summer dress, embellished with gorgeous blue porcelain roses. It has eight greetings and a blank greetings tile.
The greetings are mum, mom, auntie, birthday wishes, with love, for you and daughter.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
