Victorian roseCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick, and finished with a turquoise dotted organza bow to spine.
A lovely design.
