This lovely mini kit makes an 8x8 square topper with extra frame, decoupage, four greetings, a blank greetings tile, two gift tag toppers and a matching insert.
It features a victorian lady walking along the pier and is embellished with beautiful blue roses.

Printed on 210 g card stock. I printed an extra two sheets and made the inner design deeper with double sided sticky pads. The first layer was original topper the second layer I cut around the lady and feather then third layer the top layer of the dress.
Also added an extra layer to the rose. This I mounted onto silver card then an A4 polka dot card. I used my own sentiments and pearls from my stash to complete.
