Victorian Lilies

Used an 8x8 Scalloped card.

Also used gold mirror and an embossed card for first mat and layer,used wet glue to attach to card.Used a square die to make a mat and layer for topper to go on.Did decoupage with silicon glue.Then attach to card with sticky fixers.Embellishments used are Organza ribbon a gold gem strip around bow,mulberry flowers and some pearls.Sentiment on card is Best Wishes.There is an insert for you to put your message on A gift tag.If you wish to purchase this card there are other sentiments ,which are these.With love ,My Friend,For You,Mum,Nan,Brightest Days.

Pop down the rabbit hole with me while I take you on an excursion of this kit. Ok, first thought about this kit is, of course, the obvious Alice and Wonderland feel, but it is so much more than that. This vintage kit is just plain gorgeous! Think ladies luncheons, tea parties, invitations, a card for your mum/mom, an anniversary card, and even with a little bit of modification a perfect card for a gentleman.

For the first picture and following ones I printed on Hammermill Color Copy Digital Cover 100lb. The first picture has no decoupage, but is just as lovely. And don't worry as easy as this card is to make, you won't be late for a very important date, sorry couldn't resist:)

The second picture has the decoupage in all of its glory. I think it really enhances the detail of the card. I did cut another of the same sheet (as the card frame) to add decoupage to the lilies on the side. I figure you can never have too much decoupage.

As for the other decoupage pieces the kit includes the shoes with the heel, shoes without the heel, the hat, and the lilies on the hat on a separate sheet. There are also wonderful mini gift tags which are the exact replica of picture number one.

The third picture has decoupage and one of the 7 sentiment tags. There are seven sentiment tags included in the kit: Brightest Blessings, Best Wishes, With Love, My Friend, For You, Mum & Nan. There is also a blank sentiment tag in which you can stamp your own sentiment.

The fourth picture is another card option, this one has a circle frame which has so many possibilities. I added the vintage hat from the decoupage sheet and lifted it with foam tape. I also placed the sentiment brightest blessings on the card. I adore the options with this kit, plus it makes such lovely cards.
