I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I made a border and glued that on to the card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiments on using Sticky pads.

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed my chosen sentiments on the card also using foam pads.
There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an 8x8" scalloped edge card with the fold at the top. card .
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with a Happy Birthday caption and some gems.
