Tulips Dl Mini KitCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, mounted onto white card with a punched edge front and back, added the back plate and insert, decoupaged with foam pads, added pearls and co-ordinating bows, a really pretty springtime design, very quick & easy.
