I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. An extra sentiment can be added if required. A gorgeous design.

I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
Printed pattern onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto red card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and dyed around the edges. Added a greeting, some faux gems and brushed on a bit of sparkle.
