The Library 8" x 8" French Window Mini KitCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed the topper sheet on matte photo paper and the insert on good quality lightweight paper. I attached the topper and insert with dst to a white card and used silicone gel for the decoupage and sentiment, after shaping the topiaries and lamps.

Added some diecut flowers, with Liquid Pearl added to the centers, and a scalloped peel-off border to the top arch.
