I printed all sheets onto matte photo card. As I prefer to have a card which opens rather than a stand alone card I mounted the base sheet onto a white tent fold card blank.

I added the writing panel to the inside as an insert.

I then scored where indicated & added the front pop out sections using strong DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
