Printed on 160gm matte photo paper, printing two copies of the insert. I rough-cut the side panels, then used spray adhesive to attach them to coordinating plain card, let them dry, then cut them out.

Scored and folded the side panel tabs, then attached them to the insert back with strong dst. Covered the back of the card with the second insert panel, again with strong dst. I added the 3D pieces and sentiment with thin foam tape and added gold peel-off edging. Pictured here with the card slightly open, but it fits together and folds flat perfectly.
