Stunning 4Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper and insert onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect. Decorated the borders with two different types.

Then added gemstones for added glitz.
