This lovely mini kit makes an A5 sized topper with an extra frame, decoupage, five greetings, a blank greetings tile and two A5 inserts, one faded, one not.
It features a fabulous steampunk style top hat with lace and gorgeous blush roses.

printed onto photo card then cut out all the pieces, matted the main image onto a piece of patterned gold card then onto a piece of embossed taupe colour card, this was then fixed to an A5 white card with strong dst.
For the frame I used ds foam tape to give height then added the decoupage with silicone glue to get the correct shapes, finally adding a gold pearl hat pin.
One of my favourites - especially the colours...
