I printed the topper on to 250 gsm super smooth card and used pinflair silicone for the decoupage pieces. I layered on to blue and brown card after wrapping some ribbon around the card. I added some metal corners,glitter glue and a metal tassel to the girls belt.
A fantastic topper!
