Summer Special Birthday Decoupage Mini Kit Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheets onto matt photo-paper, cut out and added base to a square white card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and insert with a dry glue stick and finished with adding corner flowers with silicone glue.
A lovely design.
