Special Birthday Cocktail Celebration 50 TodayCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed out all the parts choosing a silver blue background. Theres also a pale gold one in the kit.

Iattached the background to an 8x8 cardblank with dst, then layered first the number base with foam tape and built up the decoupage with 3d glue gel for a lovely 3d card. I have added a photo of the coctail glass and balloons to aporeciate the layers.

I added an insert panel with double sided tape. To embellish, I added minute clear cristal gems to the balloons and a touch of clear Spectrum noir sparkle. A beautiful design for a 50th birthday celebration!
