Printed onto glossy photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and sentiments. Placed topper and insert onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added decoupage and my choice of sentiment with foam pads for 3D effect.
Finished off by putting some glue and glitter on the four corner embellishments and then used glitter glue on the pink decorative bits around the flowers.
And then some gemstones.
