Printed the design onto white satin smooth paper. The decoupage was attached with 1mm foam pads.

I attached a flower gem to the centre of the green bow in the image and flat-backed crystal gems to the flap at the top of the card and to the body of the erflies and clear Wink of Stella was used on the wings.

I attached a sentiment of my own not the one from the design sheet. I also used a green bakers twine to make the bow. This design makes up into a really lovely card.
