Rosy Glow Roses On a Doily Decoupage Mini KitCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and made a matching card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I Punched out White hearts and added matching Pearls to the card.
