I printed on to 250gsm for the main card and 160gsm for everything else. I scored the main card as a gatefold. I cut out the inside panels and outer decoration. I scored the inner panels and adhered to the card with wet glue. I adhered the outer panels to the back with wet glue.
I cut out the 2 pieces for the envelope and scored the tabs. I adhered together with wet glue.
